I’ve been trying for a while to come up with a pastel color palette that gave a high enough contrast to show detail, yet lent itself to an aesthetically pleasing rendering. I’m not quite sure why I decided that I needed pastels, but I did, so there.

At any rate, this fractal is a third degree Julia set, centered near the seahorse valley analog of the third degree Mandelbrot set. It has much the same structure of the second degree Julia sets from the analogous region, but with three-fold rotational symmetry.
